Galaxy sells, delivers, and installs hot tubs, pools, swim-spas, outdoor furniture, swing-sets, saunas, home theater seating, barbeque grills, billiards, and much more!
Requirements:
· Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00; 1-hour lunch
· Strong computer literacy i.e. Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Etc.)
· Quick Learner
· Professional
Responsibilities:
Scheduling delivery and service jobs
Maintaining communication & relationship with customer
Processing warranty claims
Creating store transfers, completing invoices and processing payments within our point of sale software
Qualified candidates will have basic knowledge of the local geography and streets.
Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Must have the common sense to prioritize dispatches according to urgency.
Dispatchers must be organized and able to disperse service calls.
Route service technicians throughout the day to maximize time on-site and minimize drive time.
Eliminate as much downtime as possible through preplanning.
Communicate effectively under pressure with patience and positivity.
Customer Service is a must! Work with the customers in a polite, friendly and respectful manner.
Work with department managers as work load and conditions change throughout the day.
Dedication to customer satisfaction, attention to detail, great listener, punctual, and efficient - to name a few.
