Senior Associate, People and Organization (Multiple Positions), Galaxy US Opco Inc. d/b/a Vialto Partners, Boston, MA. Assist organizations with tax planning for employee cross-border movement including foreign national and expatriate issues, foreign tax compliance, and the tax equalization process. Manage international assignee population of multinational clients. Assist with international assignee management, human resources, mobility policy, and process and governance consulting.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, International Business, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, International Business, or a related field, plus 1 year of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Conducting research and interpretation of provisions on income tax laws, providing advice on tax and social security implications of different compensation packages and payroll arrangements;
- Working on individual tax compliance, tax planning, and expatriate tax program policy and administration design;
- Assisting with the development and/or implementation of operational strategies and procedures to improve tax processes; and
- Examining, analyzing, and interpreting accounting records for the purpose of giving advice or preparing statements and tax returns.
100% telecommuting permitted.
Domestic and/or international travel up to 20% is required.
