Requirements:
- Current unencumbered compact RN License or RN License in the state of assignment
- At least 6-months of recent experience as a Director of Nursing in a LTC setting
- COVID-19 Vaccination
- Current BLS
- Immunizations/Titers
- Physical/Statement of Health
***Other items will be required based on the facility***
