Responsibilities
Manages insurance business activities for property and casualty, employee benefits, bond or professional relationships in designated area with responsibility for achieving sales, retention and budget goals. Develops account management strategy, goals and objectives, in coordination with executive management, and approves sales goals and polices that will ensure revenue and profitability goals for assigned area are met. Manages assigned staff (Account Managers/Executives), establishing individual goals and evaluating results.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required.
