- This position is open to fully remote candidates who can work Pacific Standard Time hours.
- The schedule will be Monday - Friday during regular business hours, around 9am - 5pm.(PST hours)

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the business priorities of Production team members and the Client Service function.
- Adhering to efficiency/productivity and process standards such as data and documents requirements, timelines, tool usage, etc.
- Assists with the Branch’s overall workflow processes.
- Creates documents, certificates, etc. using appropriate systems and resources, which may include communications, forms, certificates, reports, etc
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 years directly applicable customer service or office administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Basic Math skills

- Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
- Previous experience managing client relationships.

- Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement which requires, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
