PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Game One is the premier provider of apparel, gear, and equipment unifying teams and fans in schools, clubs and organizations.
JOB SUMMARY
Create designs, logos, and other graphic art based on customer service order information. Create layout and cut lines for decals, stickers, and banners.
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Work with the art software, including CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and the ERP order tracking software, to complete custom designs to customer specifications and create attractive, original stock art for Game One.
- Convert written, photographic, and sketched ideas into professional quality digital artwork.
- Check artwork for spelling and accuracy prior to submission to customer for approval, completing art with a high degree of accuracy.
- Upon approval of artwork, generate digital separations of artwork with correct placement for screen creation.
- Ensure that the design colors, size, and image location in the screen will work on each order and communicate to the production staff which garments will receive prints through an order assignment process.
- Complete subcontract art for apparel, uniforms and hats.
- Create designs for all over sublimation and advertising specialties.
- Provide artistic support for digitizing and appliqué.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.
- Perform job consistently within established performance standards.
- Is punctual, observes prescribed work break/meal periods and has an acceptable overall attendance record.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Education and/or experience with graphic art techniques, software, and creation. Three to five
years of screen printing and/or digital imaging production experience preferred.
- Advanced personal computer skills and ability.
- Must have good judgment of color, design, and printing specifications.
- Strong design skills with good eye for color and layout. Light illustration (i.e. hand rendering)
ability required.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
