Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement hands-on training programs
• Support clinic leads with training programs to streamline MA workflow and ensure staff work independently within established timelines.
• Assist with onboarding and in the room training.
• Collaborate on hiring, promotions, reviews, improvement plans and terminations to maintain an efficient team.
• Ensure proper staff scheduling for uninterrupted clinic coverage.
• Conduct quarterly conversations with MAs, addressing escalations and resolving conflicts urgently.
• Review Vision and Values to uphold clinic standards and resolve conflicts.
• Manage special projects and represent the clinical team at leadership meetings for continuous improvement.
• Conduct meetings with clinical leads
• Coordinate patient flow in waiting rooms and exam rooms.
• Respond to urgent/emergent situations, ensuring patient safety.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Provide clinic coverage as needed.
• Additional duties that help ensure the clinic runs efficiently and aligns with company vision and values.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (required)
• 3-5 years experience in a specialty medical office (required)
  • Derm experience (preferred)
• 1 year Medical Office Management (preferred)
