We’re seeking Recruiters to source, screen, and hire top-tier Promoters (sales professionals and marketers) to drive revenue and fuel our growth. If you’re passionate about recruiting and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Source and recruit Promoters through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
* Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
* Identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
* Utilize applicant tracking systems to track and manage candidate pipelines effectively
REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience in recruiting sales professionals or marketers, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of sales/marketing roles and responsibilities, including key performance indicators and success metrics.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
COMPENSATION
This is a 1099 contact position and you’ll be compensated residually based your recruits’ performance. A successful GarageTouch Recruiter can expect to earn $5,000-$20,000 per month, not including bonuses or other incentives.
TARGET TALENT
We’re looking for highly motivated hard working Promoters (sales professionals or marketers) in cities across the United States to join our growing network of Affiliate Partners. GarageTouch Promoters earn $25/hours plus bonuses for getting the word out in their communities about GarageTouch’s products and services.
