Garavel Subaru’s new facility space is over 10x in size, with an 80,000-square-foot building, 12-car showroom, and a 4.5-acre lot powered by 267 solar panels and recycled waste oil heat.

Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate with department managers to understand specific role requirements
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, community outreach, and networking events
- Conduct initial phone screen interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, industry professionals, and potential candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate regularly with candidates
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruiter in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate and sales roles within an automotive group.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Previous experience with Hireology is a plus
- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships within the industry.
