At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in Chesapeake, VA:
Title : Client Services Liaison
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
About the assignment:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees, and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our clients, and our assigned staff
- Meet regularly with clients to address problems, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure satisfaction
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor the day-to-day service provided to clients and ensure service is of the highest standard

Must have excellent administrative competency to:
- Ensure 100% payroll and billing accuracy
- Ensure 100% compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations
- Maintain and report GardaWorld Operating Metric’s
- Oversee the selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to your accounts
- You know when and how to enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
- Must have exceptional problem solving or mitigation abilities
Requirements:
- Must have security, law enforcement, or military experience.
- Must have at least 5 years of manager experience.
- Must have a college degree.
- Must have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable utilizing Microsoft Suite.
