We are currently looking for a Part time Receptionist.
Candidates for this position should be looking for a challenging, fun and energetic environment. They should be able to think critically on their feet and prioritize resident safety and care needs.
Receptionist duties include greeting residents, family, vendors and staff members, accurate data input of vital information, answering a multi-line telephone, taking accurate messages, other general medical reception duties. Medical office experience preferred. Computer and multi-line telephone experience required and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Applicants should have good communication and organizational skills, some lifting is required, will train the right individual.
