We are seeking a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong graphic design skills. The candidate will be expected to be in office two days per week. All other projects will have the opportunity to be done on the candidate's own time and on a per project basis. Garito & Company is a boutique commercial real estate firm based in Downtown Orlando, FL. We are seeking a marketing coordinator whose skills and strengths will help take our marketing to the next level. This is an important position with opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities
· Research Demographics, traffic counts, surrounding retail & businesses
· Create & update flyers, offering memorandums, print materials, regular email campaigns & newsletters, and custom marketing materials such as maps and print material as needed
· Create newsletters/email blast calendar with daily emails
· Manage marketing projects and create firm deadlines
· Listing updates and add listings to Loopnet, Crexi, Brevitas, Office.com, garitoco.com website, & any other listing service that may be added from time-to-time
· Create social media calendars for company and assist agents with social media content creation
· Update website regularly, including adding/updating listings, writing blog posts, content creation and updating agent information
· Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website (SEO)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 - 3 years' experience in brand management/graphic design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of all social networking platforms
- Experience with Windows, MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Adobe Indesign, Illustrator & Photoshop (Adobe Suite) a must

Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
