Here at Garrett's Family Market and Rapid Refill we call Shift Leaders our Lead Guest Specialists. As a Lead Guest Specialist, you will train and supervise new employees to help them succeed.

This role will also support the manager and assistant manager with any needs while also providing great customer service.

Who we are : We are a retail and wholesale petroleum company that services Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.

Our Retail Convenience stores operate under the Garrett's Family Market and Rapid Refill Brands.

What will you do?

• Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge / skill.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service according to the operating standards of the company.
• Merchandise facility according to the operating standards of the company.
• Assist the Store Manager with interviews. Train all facility employees in store operations, product knowledge, sales techniques, personnel appearance, and safety guidelines.

Pay : From $17.50 per hour

Shift :

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift

Education :

High school or equivalent (Preferred).

Experience :

• Supervising Experience : 1 year (Preferred).
• Customer Service : 1 year (Preferred).

Work Location : In person.
