GARUD is in search of a motivated, self-driven Program Manager to join our team supporting a critical Department of Homeland Security (DHS) client! The ideal candidate must have experience working with DHS, a passion for their work, be innovative, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Serve as the company’s on-site representative in the execution of the contract. Telework is available, but some on-site presence is required.
  • Provide management oversight for personnel providing the following services: Program Management; Acquisition; Strategic Communications; Data Analytics; Business Operations; Budget and Financial Management; Executive Administrative Assistance; Records Management; Cost Estimating; and Integrated Master Schedule Analysis, Performance, Planning and Metrics.
  • Assist the government in implementing goals and priorities in the following areas: Administration; Program Management; Enterprise processes and procedures; Acquisition; Budgeting; and Cost Estimating/Integrated Master Scheduling.
  • Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for executing all contractual requirements
  • Lead the identification, selection and implementation of tool sets to support Program Management functions
  • Provide required team leadership and guidance and overall program management vision in support of the day-to-day operations.

Required Educations, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Education: Bachelors’ Degree from accredited university.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years’ of acquisition program management experience
  • Clearance: Current DoD SECRET with the ability to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET
  • PMP Certified

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Desired)

  • DAWIA or DHS Program Manager Level III certified or equivalent
