Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our busy law office. The successful candidate shall assist an attorney with all aspects of real estate conveyancing.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare purchase and sale agreements
- Prepare legal documents, including deeds and powers of attorney
- Set up, organize and manage legal files
- Manage title issues and closing dates
-Prepare documents for lender closings
Experience:
- Proven experience working as a real estate Paralegal or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Familiarity with legal drafting and formatting of legal documents
-Use of software for preparing lender closing documents
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Word
Salary is commensurate with experience
