Position Summary
Perform maintenance, janitorial and labor work as directed to keep our facility well maintained, clean and safe for our employees and guests.

Principle Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Sweeps floors.
- Takes out the trash and recycling.
- Cleans, sanitizes and stocks restrooms.
- Wash windows.
- Uses cleaning tools and outdoor power equipment.
- Lawn mowing, trimming, weeding and edging as necessary.
- Snow removal as necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Ability to keep company proprietary information confidential.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work successfully with a wide variety of people at different levels within the organization.
- Detail orientated with strong organizational skills.
