What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at Gas N Wash?
Technicians are responsible for a number of items, including but not limited to the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage,
- Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water
- Maintaining the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility
- Applying preventative measures to reduce the risk of future problems
- Being able to lift 50lbs or more and climbing a 25 ft ladder to roof top HVAC systems
- Work individually to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Operate a company assigned vehicle
- Work as a team to assist on special projects or new store openings
- Read, interpret and follow procedures described in service manuals per
- Calibrate pumps, dispensers, refrigeration equipment, lighting and signs. Certified through the state for working on fuel dispensers/calibration
- Tests tanks and lines to ensure that the UST system failures as required by environmental
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years prior maintenance experience
- Maintenance experience on pumps and dispensers is preferred
- Experience in a trade area as plumbing, electrical, HVAC
- Maintains required state specific training and testing of Class A B UST System
Salary : $42,600 - $54,000
