Job Summary: Director of Endoscopy Services
In your role as Director of Endoscopy Services, you will be responsible for the operations, compliance, quality assurance, staffing, and business development of all GI of the Rockies Endoscopy Centers. Essential to the success of this role will be leadership influence to develop high performing teams, who accept responsibility for maintaining high standards of service to our physicians, patients, and referral sources. What You Will Do in This Role
- Drive industry leading patient experience, physician satisfaction, and employee engagement
- Update and oversee Endoscopy Center policies, procedures, compliance and emergency plans to stay compliant with local, state, federal, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and mentor endoscopy RN supervisors in areas of performance management, process improvement, productivity, materials procurement and inventory control
- Act as a backup to the administrative functions such as payroll and inventory management in the absence of the RN supervisor or other personnel as warranted; may need to cover day-to-day management in endo centers when vacancies occur
- Lead development and opening of new JV partnered endoscopy centers
- Leverage your best-in-class internal corporate support teams in areas such as recruitment, partnership management, facilities, risk management, patient safety, and human resources
- Maintain strong partnerships with organizational leadership, Medical Directors and endoscopy center teams
- Participate in the development of strategic and operational planning for endoscopy budgets
- Represent organization in community and hospital relations
- Maintain membership in professional associations relevant to ambulatory surgery facilities.
- Prepare, monitor and submit all quality data for the Endoscopy Centers (ie: GIQuic, ASCA and CMS)
- Prepare and lead all Endoscopy Center quality meetings
- Coordinate and ensure all peer reviews are completed quarterly
- Coordinate and implement with IT and the software developer all software updates and upgrades for the Endoscopy Centers EMR programs (ie: Provation and Multi-Care Giver)
What Qualifications You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA, MHA, or advanced degree preferred
- 5-10 years ASC management experience, GI service line preferred
- Strong leadership skills and experience in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to build/mentor high-performing teams
- Entrepreneurial spirited, team player with ability to strategize, develop, and execute projects on time and within budget with little to no guidance or support
- Superior communication and presentation skills with an ability to communicate verbally and written with stakeholders and senior leadership
- Experience using data analytics to problem solve and drive change
- Ability to travel across designated market region a significant amount of time
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
