We are supportive, rewarding, family oriented and our goal is to provide end of life care for two residents in our peaceful private home.

- Understands the hospice philosophy and provides care by following resident treatment plans, ADL's, and administering medications.
- Assists resident with personal hygiene, toileting and physical needs. (no hoyers, no heavy lifting, residents are 150lbs or less)
- Works independently providing phycical and emotionally care to residents who are on hospice in their final days of life.
- Light housekeeping, laundry and meal preparation as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.20 - $16.20 per hour
