Job Summary:
The Clinical Development Manager is the primary point of contact with the company users. This role is responsible for deploying the technology and its pipeline in hospitals and medical centers. The Clinical Development Manager will also provide support for and properly document activity relating to commercial and clinical study cases.
Under the Director of Business Development, key responsibilities include:
- Clinical and administrative deployment of the company technology and its pipeline in hospitals and medical centers, including contract and training support
- Supporting commercial and clinical study cases
- Documenting case activity in a company-designated format
- Supporting the hospital’s clinical support team to encourage trial enrollments
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- An undergraduate degree in the fields of science/engineering, including biomedical engineering, is preferred, or a related field with Electrophysiology certification from a credentialed program (e.g., ATI, Prep MD, Edge)
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in the medical device industry with at least 2 years in Cardiac Electrophysiology
- Cardiac Electrophysiology mapping knowledge preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
- Flexibility, adaptability, and proactivity
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability for up to 60% to travel domestically and possibly international travel
