Position Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting a range of marketing programs and activities aligned with the company’s business objectives and commercial initiatives. The role requires a proactive, motivated marketing professional who is excited about contributing to the rapid growth of novel endoscopic procedural therapies for type 2 diabetes and obesity while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Primary Responsibilities
Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, clinical, regulatory, legal, and medical affairs teams to align the execution of marketing programs with clinical trial activities and broader business objectives.
Campaign Management: Support successful execution of clinical trial recruitment and commercial marketing campaigns, including program planning, budget management, and performance analysis.
Content Development:Collaborate with internal and external partners to create engaging materials, including websites, brochures, videos, and other marketing tools.
Congress and Event Support: Coordinate and support presence at industry congresses and company-led events.
Data Analysis: Update and analyze metrics to measure program effectiveness and ensure a feedback loop to enhance marketing practices.
Market Research: Support market research programs to analyze provider and patient behavior, trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Budget Management: Assist in monitoring and providing reports to help ensure strategic use of resources.
Perform all activities in compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and guidelines, including, but not limited to, timely documentation of activities and maintaining all required applicable training.
Bring a “can do” spirit to work and deliver on other responsibilities as assigned.
Education or Certification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Professional Work Experience
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in marketing, with a good understanding of marketing principles and practices.
Applicable experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, and/or medical device industries preferred.
Prior vocational experience in related fields is a plus (i.e. Co-Ops, Internships, etc.).
Graphic Design experience is a plus.

Graphic Design experience is a plus.
Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) regulatory requirements and guidelines governing clinical trials.
