What you'll be doing:
- Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced retail store
- Deliver outstanding service while striving to retain and gain customers
- Designing and setting up the shop floor display as per Cricket Standards
- Handling payments made by cash or credit-debit cards.
- Participate in community events, local marketing events, and public relations activities to develop a positive image for the company in the local community
- Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals
Required Qualifications:
- At least one year of retail experience in sales or customer service
- One or more years of sales experience in a quota-driven environment
- Proficient use of PC software (MS Office preferred) and point of sales systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Speak Spanish/Ukrainian
