PRIMARY DUTIES WILL CONSIST OF BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the building(s), including all bathrooms and breakrooms
- Vacuums, dusts, mops, sweeps using various cleaning chemicals/products
- Washes windows as needed
- Maintains a neat and orderly janitor's room
- Ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked and orders monthly supplies
- Performs limited grounds maintenance such as keeping parking lot free from debris and cleaning snow from sidewalks.
- Assists in examining building for safety hazards; reports deficiencies to lead maintenance person and supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.- Possess Handyman skills
- Trouble-shoot and fix minor plumbing problems and other general building needs
