Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Inventory Associate. The Inventory Associate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring accurate data collection. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed purchasing decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective inventory management strategies
- Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and availability
- Coordinate with suppliers to source new products and negotiate pricing terms
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and optimize storage space
- Operate forklifts and other equipment to safely transport inventory within the warehouse

Experience:

- Previous experience in inventory or related field is preferred
- Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
