Job Description
As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of marketing for our business from planning to execution. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to organize and participate in our social media presence, development of marketing strategies, produce and distribute marketing materials and sales packets and supporting our sales efforts in every area.
Your main responsibilities include managing all social media accounts, conducting marketing campaigns, producing promotional materials and supporting our sales efforts in all respects. Our ideal candidate is able to enthusiastically promote our company and products and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness.
Job Duties
- Create and execute radio, television and online marketing and advertising
- Manage all social media accounts including writing blog posts, social media posts, marketing campaigns, etc.
- Conducting market research on current trends and creating reports about consumer needs
- Developing marketing strategies for a multitude of sales platforms and demographics
- Enthusiastically promote our company and the message we are trying to maintain
- Develop and implement creative methods of promoting brand and company awareness
- Create marketing campaign graphics and design content
- Facilitate and participate in networking and marketing events
- Coordinate and order swag and promotional gifts for clients and vendors
- Manage website
- Participate in variety of networking groups
- Coordinate with vendors
- Manage marketing budget
- Work in conjunction with the Sales Department to ensure that our marketing strategy in being upheld and assist in facilitating, as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a business or marketing-related Associates Degree or relevant work experience
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
- Strong computer skills
- Proven experience in customer and market research
- Formal presentation knowledge and/or experience
- Digital marketing experience
- Experience in relevant software applications to marketing
- Background in working with customer relationship management
