What are the responsibilities and job description for the PCT – 32 hours/evening position at Gaylord Specialty Healthcare?
The Patient Care Technician performs a variety of key patient care assignments on medical or rehab-based specialty units with valuable exposure to trachs, vents, telemetry, g-tubes and IV drips while working in a warm and friendly atmosphere with supportive, interdisciplinary teams.
Minimum Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or GED required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified or Registered Medical Assistant required
- Patient care experience in an acute care setting preferred
Additional Requirement for Regularly Scheduled Positions:
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) CPR Certification preferred
Additional Requirement for Per Diem Positions:
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) CPR Certification required
WORK SCHEDULE: 32hr Evening shift 3p-11:30p, including every other weekend and every other holiday.
