GENERAL DESCRIPTION: GCHP’s Impact Capital Manager plays a key role in supporting GCHP’s efforts to maintain, expand, and deploy GCHP’s corporate capital resources in support of our affordable housing and community revitalization efforts throughout the gulf coast region.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Undergraduate degree required
- Master’s degree in a finance, business, real estate, or related field preferred.
Experience/Abilities:
- Five years of lending, financial analysis, and/or real estate experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
- Working knowledge of loan underwriting and operating business financial statement review
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC) lending, compliance, and/or reporting experience preferred
- Familiarity with low-income housing tax credit finance preferred
- Experience with impact evaluation and data capture preferred

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct due diligence, financial analyses, and credit memoranda creation for GCHP community development lending activity.
- Participate in closing calls, monitor closing checklists, and support document review/creation for GCHP – both as a borrower for concessionary capital sources and a lender for impact lending activity.
- Manage preparation, updates to, and filing of loan documents and documentation for GCHP loans.
- Work in conjunction with GCHP’s Accounting Department to monitor and service GCHP’s internal, third-party, and NMTC loan portfolio.
- Review and manage draw requests for GCHP loans
- Maintain and improve impact/financial reporting data capture and evaluation related to GCHP’s development and lending activity.
- Compile and submit NMTC and Capital Magnet Fund Award (CMF) financial and impact reporting/ compliance.
- Monitor activity for compliance for GCHP corporate capital resources (NMTC, CMF, concessionary debt, grant funding, etc.).
- Support Resource Development Director in the preparation and submission of compliance, financial, and impact reporting to GCHP’s corporate-level grant funders and lenders.
- Support applications for grant funding, corporate-level debt, and other capital resources
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Salary : $81,100 - $103,000
