The Opportunity: 
Support the installation and documentation of new and/or updated Inside Plant cable infrastructure to include conduit, cable trays, copper, coax, fiber and all associated elements in the Pentagon, Mark Center, & other JSP-supported buildings within the National Capital Region (NCR).



What You Will Do:

You will answer customer calls and respond to voicemails in a timely manner. You will work service tickets by evaluating, prioritizing, solving, and escalating all tickets to the appropriate Tier support. You will work the service tickets for the life span of the ticket and keep notes with the status. 

You will need excellent customer service skills and insure timely resolution of issues for customer satisfaction. 

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Secret Security Clearance required at start date

  • Associates Degree in a related Information filed

  • Customer Service Experience 

  • IAT II Certification – (Security , CCNA – Security, CND, CySA , GICSP, GSEC, SSCP)
