What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Specialist position at GDH?
This specialist will be in charge of maturing the eDiscovery process and ensuring that best practices and procedures are in place for the security and legal team.
You will closely follow and adhere to compliance procedures to uphold industry standards.
Primary focus:
Litigation Support - technical needs eDiscovery/Forensic collections skills (Office365 Compliance Center, Access Data FTK)
Help Legal and IT Security teams mature, develop, and document Litigation Support processes and procedures into streamlined defensible practices.
Compliance - Work with IT teams and Internal Audit to maintain adherence and testing of IT General Controls.
Help with quarterly testing and User Access Reviews.
Secondary focus:
Policy Development - Assist with Documentation maturity through the development and revision of Standards, Procedures and Guidelines as needed.
Cybersecurity: Various duties as needed including Incident Response, Risk Assessment, Vulnerability Mgmt.
