Great Day Improvements LLC , home to Patio Enclosures and Stanek Windows, seeks a Customer Service Representative in our Manufacturing Corporate office. If you can multi-task, excel as a team player and have the ability to be empathetic, and upbeat in communications, we would like to talk! We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits including 401K after 60 days and room to grow.
We seek the following:
- Professional with a minimum of 5 years experience working in an office environment
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills, business to business and business to customer. Helpline experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills – MUST be able to multitask
- Proficient is Excel and data entry
- Competent in the use of technology
- Problem solver and team player
- Experience in the construction industry a plus
Primary responsibilities are:
- Process and Entry of Warranty Line requests and coordinate technical assistance, and part replacement for homeowner repair needs
- Handle company General email account, reply to question and service needs
- Receive and ensure proper order placement and timely order entry for our Retail locations
- Release orders to the manufacturing floor
- Communicate location requests to operations; and ensure proper shipment, invoicing, and delivery
Must pass a drug screen and background check.
This position is a 40 hour/wk position with potential for OT pay. GDI offers a strong benefit package that includes paid vacation/personal time, health care options including an HSA option with a company match, and a 401k option with a company match.
