Projectdescription :
The Identity GovernanceAdministration (IGA) Delivery Lead plays a crucial role in leadinga global delivery team responsible for the development and deliveryof software products.
This role involves facilitating Agileceremonies driving Agile maturity and supporting the capabilitymanagement of products developed by the team.
The primary focus ison enhancing delivery efficiency and ensuring successfulcollaboration among crossfunctional teams.
Responsibilities :
Delivery Lead for global delivery team o Facilitate andsupport Agile ceremonies and team collaboration forums o Workclosely with development team to actively drive the work forwardand remove impediments o Partner with Product Owner to ensure abacklog of refined and prioritized work is available for the team oProvide support for Agile release preparation and execution oDevelop and maintain metrics that provide visibility to deliveryprogress and quality o Provide project management support as neededfor team deliverables and activities requiring coordination withother teams
Drive increased Agile maturity onteam o Provide direction and coaching for Agile team as needed oEvaluate and assess the teams strengths and opportunities o Workwith team to identify implement and measure new and changedprocesses to increase agile adoption and throughput
Capability Management support for products team develops oPartner with Product Owner and Technical Delivery Leads to supportendtoend capability management including ensuring coordinatedcrossteam delivery o Identify and engage delivery partners fromsystem and business teams and drive crossfunctional collaborationto support successful delivery o Ensure delivery alignment betweenall internal and external integration partners (upstream / downstream systems and operational teams) o Drive development andexecution of communication and training plans as needed o Identifyand track operational readiness milestones as needed (eg : application support model developed and implemented Help Deskknowledge and training developed and implemented)
Skills Musthave :
Project managementexperience
Prior experience in softwaredevelopment environment
Experience withWaterfall and Agile software delivery methodologies
Experience working with virtual globally distributedteams
US citizen located within the UnitedStates
Nice tohave :
Experience in InformationSecurity / Identity Governance Administration
Knowledge of SailPoint identity management tools
Experience using Rally for Agile work management
