Real EDI Experience

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders following standard procedures
- Assist customers and senior staff with order status, invoices, and other information needed to complete an order
- Ensure customer data is accurate and supports the use of EDI for customer service document flow (purchase orders, Confirmations, ASN, Invoices etc).
- Troubleshoot customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to senior staff members.
- Other Required Experience/Qualifications:
- Customer service and order management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
- Strong oral and written communication skills across all levels of organization
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Successfully works in both a team environment and independently
- Track record in taking initiative, working independently, effectively navigating ambiguity, and handling multiple priorities simultaneously

Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
