The role
We are seeking a passionate, client focused Event delivery coordinator to join our team, managing our sponsor clients & delegate attendees event experience & scheduling. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a team delivering a greenfield ‘never been done before’ product leveraging the latest technology.
This role is focused on delivering an outstanding experience to both our sponsors and attendees. You are responsible for the co-ordination of the Summit (conference), with key responsibilities focussed towards creating event scheduling based on client preferences, sending all client & delegate meetings, managing scheduling changes & ensuring all summit events are delivered against the run of service & client schedules.
This role will be UK based but may require adapted working hours to adjust to US Summit Schedule (Mon-Fri)
Responsibilities
- Onboarding of sponsors and delegate attendees, building value relationships throughout the process
- Utilizing data to build optimal client & delegate meeting schedules within GDS Summit platform technology
- Managing automated event invitations & attendee confirmations for both sponsors and attendees
- Managing any delegate or sponsor schedule changes & meeting event expectations and KPI’s
- Ensuring successful delivery of sponsor contracts
- Supporting client & attendee questions or issues throughout the event (on-site)
- Partnering with clients to identify their event goals & requirements, recognising
About you
- Minimum 2 years experience in client facing roles, with past roles of Customer success, Account Management, Project manager, Event coordinator/manager
- Experience working in a target focused environment, with a record of achievement meeting/overachieving against set KPIs
- Exceptional communication & organization skills- proven ability and experience managing multiple projects & tasks while partnering with internal & cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Desirable but not essential- experience working within the events/digital events industry
- Desirable but not essential- experience using Salesforce CRM & Monday.com Project Management Platform
- Desirable but not essential-Degree qualified or equivalent
