In This Role, You Will
- Develop a cohesive MDM strategy that can incrementally scale to multiple data domains, and install/run MDM platform ecosystem.
- Serve as the product leader for metadata management and data quality capabilities, including data cataloging, data lineage, and data quality monitoring.
- Implement data governance policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across the organization.
- Define and manage the data architecture and data models required for effective MDM.
- Conduct Buy vs Build assessments and implement appropriate MDM tools and platforms that align with the EDM requirements and objective.
- Collaborate with other IT system owners to refine Master data creation and consumption strategy across through MDM deliverables.
- Implement change management processes to accelerate adoption of MDM practices across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to MDM.
- Have strong leadership skills to build a team of MDM professionals, guide, coach, and support to ensure their success and the successful delivery of MDM project.
- Deliver large scale data initiatives through Enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Actively participate and influence the development of master data management strategies, implementation roadmaps and business cases across applications.
- Effectively communicate (i.e. status, issues, and escalations) to leadership and other various levels of the organization
- Lead with a hands-on approach – drive accountability to continuously improve enterprise standards, and grow the team's capability set from both depth and breadth perspective
- Experience delivering large scale data programs using technologies like Informatica, IBM, Stibo, Alation, Collibra etc.,
- Minimum 10 years technology experience in data governance, Master Data Management (MDM), and data quality technologies, Data Governance or Enterprise Data Management
- Lead a mixed team of 25 internal and external data professionals, and operate in a highly matrixed environment
- Built long term MDM & DQ capability and roadmaps and deliver tactical incremental solution for continued value generation
- Have solutioned multiple enterprise data domains like Customer, Product, Finance, Materials etc.,
- History working with large datasets, managing metadata and data models

- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 11 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 13 years of professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in MDM Management and People Management.

- The salary range for this posting is $150,800.00 - $201,000.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position Is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan.
