Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Assumes sole ownership of database administration activities including creating databases, data objects and managing database access
- Research and troubleshoot issues involving all aspects of digital solutions, including configuration, administration, user interface, network, communication connectivity and performance, Cloud and on-premise component interoperability, data collection/storage, visualization, analytics, machine monitoring software and associated control systems, hardware infrastructure, and interfaces to enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP), PLM, EANDON, TAKT, LOS, MES, EASY, SUPPORT CENTRAL NEXTGEN, EDMATS, EANDON platforms.
- Development of existing digital solutions, value stream – including building complex customized workflows while broadening knowledge of own technical discipline and complying with all organization policies and procedures
- A job at this level requires candidate to create meaningful relationships with key stakeholders across unit, ensuring their needs from a product support perspective are managed and met
- Monitor system performance and take necessary actions to address performance deteriorations
- Continuously improve existing databases and workflows to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Participate in Process Improvement & Process Kaizen activities to identify digital tool opportunities
- Create digital forms to eliminate paper waste & improve traceability in the factory
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED)
- Minimum of 5 years database operations support experience with strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development & creating new database solutions

- Open-minded to new perspectives or ideas or unusual solutions when appropriate
- Provide guidance and coordinate systems tasks to meet the site requirements.
- Knowledge of general network communications / IT systems and troubleshooting tool
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Experience with the SAP User Assignment, ARM
The salary range for this position is 74,800.00 - 93,500.00 - 112,200.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
