Job Description Summary

As the Patient Care Solutions (PCS) Commercial Operations Leader, you will be responsible for leading operations and partnering with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and other Enterprise Operations functions to drive orders, sales and pricing for the West Region, in order to drive rigor and structure that is critical to the Region’s orders and revenue forecast accuracy/consistency/performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine models to accurately forecast orders and revenue and provide decision support.

• Partner with Sales leadership to validate deal opportunities and identify risks to achieving quarterly financial forecast.

• Partner closely with Sales leadership, Project Management and Supply Chain to drive opportunity funnel, backlog accuracy and achievement of orders and revenue targets.

• Assist in analytics related to overall business planning and business development focused on execution of operating plans and market performance.

• Provide analytics support for large strategic deals.

• Monitor KPIs to identify trends, suggest focus areas, highlight actions needed to achieve desired business outcomes.

• Enhance and support communication plan, operating mechanisms, reporting and metrics to support key business imperatives focused on improving efficiency and the commercial process.

• Establish and maintain reliable and collaborative partnership within the West Region (across segments) and outside the region across Value Creation and other Region teams to identify and drive opportunities.

• Support Sales, Commercial Operations and Finance on process compliance matters related to order booking and revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Finance, Supply Chain or Service position(s) in a matrixed business environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to influence and collaborate cross functionally.

• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

• Data analysis preparation and presentation capabilities.

• Proficient in Excel and experience using reporting tools & commercial platforms (Power BI, Salesforce).

• Ability to work with and through high number of details and multiple priorities.

• Team-centric, service-minded, committed, passionate and inquisitive.

• Work in the Irvine office 3 days/week and 2 days at home.

• Work time flexibility during quarter and year end.
