Title of Position: Bookkeeper
Job Description: Our bookkeeper will be responsible for all accounting- Pay bills, insurance, pay vendors do P&L, make deposits, etc. The bookkeeper will be responsible for accurately recording and maintaining all day-today financial transactions, including reconciliation of bank accounts, bank statements and credit cards, processing accounts payable and receivable, as well as managing invoices and tax payments across multiple entities. This role is responsible to ensure that accounts payable data is collated and processed in a confidential and timely manner by executing daily tasks with a strong attention to detail. This role will utilize strong accounting knowledge, time management skills and effective problem solving to ensure success in a multi-faceted company.

Qualifications:
· The Bookkeeper must have office and financial experience of at least 2 years with a background in restaurants preferred
· A passion for order and attention to detail are necessary for the Bookkeeper
· The Bookkeeper must have excellent time management skills
· Verbal and interpersonal communications skills are required for the Bookkeeper
· The Bookkeeper must possess the ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented setting
