Title of Position : Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Description : The Assistant Restaurant Manager is thoughtful, well-rounded, and skilled at supervising and troubleshooting restaurant operations.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager monitors and supervises compliance with all company policies, procedures and practices and establishes and maintains the highest possible standards for food quality.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will work alongside the upper leadership team, communicate problems, help train, mentor and coach employees, help increase profits and revenues, assist with inventory, food quality control and ensure the restaurant is clean, well organized and sanitized.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience for a high-volume concept is required for the Assistant Restaurant Manager
  • The Assistant Restaurant Manager must be passionate in supervising and training, mentoring, and coaching of other employees.
  • The Assistant Restaurant Manager must be able to demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside of the workplace and always strive for 100% customer satisfaction
  • Open availability is a requirement for the Assistant Restaurant Manager
