Title of Position : Kitchen Manager / Executive Chef
Job Description : The Kitchen Manager / Executive Chef will collaborate with the management team to increase guest satisfaction, increase sales and ensure that food is prepared properly.
The Kitchen Manager / Executive Chef will be responsible for mentoring the team by training Health Department guidelines and enforcing company policies regarding cleanliness and sanitation.
The Kitchen Manager / Executive Chef will be responsible for all kitchen staff, including dish washers and line cooks. Our Kitchen Manager / Executive Chef will be required to fill in any position when needed, create the weekly schedule for kitchen employees and provide the weekly inventory list.

Qualifications :
- The Kitchen Manager / Executive Chef must have 2 years of experience in a high volume restaurant
- A sincere desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Kitchen Manager / Chef must possess
- The Kitchen Manager / Executive Chef must have a solid track record in achieving financial goals
- The Kitchen Manager / Executive Chef must live by a guest oriented philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
