Title of Position: Banquet Manager
Job Responsibilities: Our Banquet Manager is responsible for food & beverage execution for corporate, private, and social events throughout the hotel. The Banquet Manager will work closely with the Event Planning department to ensure successful event execution, while overseeing employee breaks, set-up, and breakdown, and acting as a “Manager on Duty.” The Banquet Manager is also responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training of all banquet and contract labor staff, conducting monthly department meetings, and scheduling all banquet employees within the approved budget. The Banquet Manager will work with the Culinary Staff closely, addressing service challenges and applying procedures to prevent them.

Qualifications:
- Our Banquet Manager must have previous Banquet Manager experience in a full-service, high-volume hotel.
- Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Banquet Manager
- The Banquet Manager must have a proven track record of managing food and labor costs
- Knowledge of industry trends, food & wine pairings, as well as coming up with new and fresh ideas are necessary for the Banquet Manager
- The Banquet Manager must have experience with corporate, business conferences, meetings, and weddings
