Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. This includes managing and leading a team of employees to ensure exceptional service is provided to our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for creating a positive work environment. Some key day-to-day responsibilities and duties include maintaining inventory levels, monitoring financial performance, collaborating with other department managers, conducting staff meetings and training, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, resolving guest complaints effectively, and constantly seeking opportunities for growth and improvement within the organization.
