Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial management
Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, including menu development and pricing strategies
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
Foster a culture of teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in a leadership role in the food service industry, including experience managing a farm-to-table restaurant
Proven track record of achieving sales and profit goals
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial and operational management
