Title of Position : Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job Description : Our Assistant Restaurant Manager must be energetic and able to inspire as a leader. The responsibilities of our Assistant Restaurant Manager include motivating and coaching a talented staff to deliver an authentic experience to our guests while upholding top-notch standards in food and beverage quality in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere.
The person in this position must lead by example and be able to coach and mentor their team to achieve the goals set before them.

Qualifications :
- The Assistant Restaurant Manager should always be able to provide consistent support for the success of the operation

- The Assistant Restaurant Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results
- A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Assistant Restaurant Manager must possess
- High volume experience of 3 years as an Assistant Restaurant Manager is a must for this position
- Bar-B-Que experience a plus
