Qualifications to be considered for this Sous Chef opportunity:
- 1-2 years experience as a Sous Chef in a scratch kitchen (might consider a lead line cook with the right experience and leadership potential)
- New Restaurant Opening Experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in fast paced environment, lead a team, and maintain high standards
- **All Employees are required to be vaccinated prior to start date**
- Competitive Compensation (50-65k total comp depending on experience)
