Car Sales Representative/Consultant Job Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Utilize effective sales techniques to guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process
• Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase features and benefits
• Negotiate pricing, financing terms, and incentives to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities
• Follow up with customers to address questions, concerns, and provide ongoing support
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and exceed performance goals
• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings

Car Sales Representative/Consultant Benefits and Compensation

This position offers a performance-based pay plan. Our pay plan includes front-end commissions ranging from 20-35%, the possibility for back-end commissions, extra bonuses and spiffs, and an employee retention bonus that we add on top of Minis!

Qualifications

Car Sales Representative/Consultant Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen – THC not included in the screening.
