Responsibilities
- Full oversight of Hosts, Servers, Bartenders
- Create and maintain positive Restaurant culture
- Bar Menu/Recipe Development
- Great understanding of Service models
- Create and maintain Organizational Systems
- Expediting/Service Management
- Weekly Inventory Management
- Ordering/Receiving
- Develop and manage Beverage program
- Labor Management
- Maintain Bar Cost
- Oversee Hiring and Scheduling for FOH
- Two years of experience preferred
- Full command of all FOH positions
- Passion for training and development of staff
- Competent Cash Handling Skills
- The ability to work nights and weekends
- The ability to work on your feet for long periods of time
- Needs to need be able to lift 50 lbs or more
