Gemline® is looking for an Outbound Sales Representative who will be responsible for growing market share and retaining customers through outbound calls/emails and client relationship development. They will be responsible for all activities with the accounts. This position will report to the Outbound Sales Manager.
Primary Responsibilities include:
· Grow revenue from an assigned group of accounts by making a high-volume of daily phone calls and emails
· Grow our market share of each account by opening new contacts and expanding our product category penetration
· Continually uncover new needs from clients and develop product solutions to meet them
· Use a CRM tool to manage your daily tasks, your revenue pipeline and your overall client communication
· Work regional trade shows AND customer events as needed (may involve overnight travel)
· Aggregate feedback from accounts to assist in product and promotion development
· Participate in all activities to enhance sales and provide an exceptional customer experience.
· Other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience
· Proven track record of making a high-volume of daily outbound phone calls/emails
· Proven track record of growing revenue from an assigned group of accounts
· Proven track record of goal attainment and planning skills to help achieve sales quotas
· Ability to work independently
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build immediate rapport with customers
· High level of competitiveness, positive attitude and an eagerness to learn
· High School degree or equivalent; College preferred
· 1 - 2 years of outbound sales experience
· MS Office Suite
· Experience with CRM software a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
