Patient Care Coordinator/Ambassador
We are seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator/Ambassador for our practice located in downtown San Francisco. The Gender Confirmation Center is striking out to have the best and most innovative service level in the field of transgender healthcare. We believe that the standard of service in medicine can sometimes be quite low. We have built the tools and systems to change that for the better. What is your role?
The Patient Care Coordinator/Ambassador oversees and curates the initial service experience for all patients who visit us. Therefore, they must have excellent communication skills and a desire to provide excellent customer service. They must also be a team player and possess a high level of maturity. They must also be caring and courteous and have genuine compassion for our patients, and for the transgender community.
