Accounting Clerk for Finance Company

Laguna Hills. Full-time $22-$25 per hour

We are a family owned business in Laguna Hills and are looking for a detailed-oriented accounting clerk to join our team. Must be able to prioritize, multitask and work independently. Must be dependable, consistent and punctuality is required. Experience in the insurance industry a plus. We have a casual work environment.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare multiple bank reconciliations

· Prepare credit card reconciliations

· Prepare NSF reconciliations

· Prepare ACH reconciliations

· Prepare journal entries

· Process A/P and daily ACH

· Posting payments

· General Filing

· Scanning

· Answer phones

· Prepare Audit Schedules (as needed)

· Creating miscellaneous reports and analyses as required

· Other tasks as needed

We are looking to fill this position immediately. Please apply if you meet these qualifications:

· Experience with QuickBooks (1-2 year)

· Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word (1-2 years)

· Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Teams

· Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

· Full Time availability from 8-5 and on Friday 7:30 or (8:00)-4:30.
