This position requires filling in as needed in sales, delivery, and warehouse. In Sales (the majority of time), they will help sell, merchandise, and service all assigned relief coverage accounts in a professional manner. They are also responsible for the rotation and positioning of all General Beer products in assigned relief coverage accounts. In Delivery, they will help assist in delivering products to assigned accounts in a professional and efficient manner. This position is also responsible for merchandising and product rotation. In Warehouse, they will be responsible to obtaining and maintaining a certificate to operate a forklift for the purpose of receiving, storing, and loading of products in the warehouse.
Requirements
· Ability to merchandise displays and stock shelves.
· Ability to maintain appropriate product rotation of all items.
· Must be able to lift from 5 to 150 lbs. multiple times per day.
· Must be able to crawl, reach, twist, and bend.
· Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
· Ability to communicate effectively with Team Members and Retail Customers.
· Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.
· Be dependable and trustworthy.
· Ability to work well with other team members.
· Ability to accept responsibility and account for their actions.
· Must possess a valid driver’s license.
· Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and lift test.
